Turian Labs is a global research and innovation strategy consulting company based in Pune, India. we work with leading brands/organisations (Indian + Global) across products and services (physical + digital) to improve user-experience (UX) or discover new opportunities therein.
How can you help us? By participating in UX research studies, you can share your experience (both good/bad) on the products/services which you love using everyday. These studies help us/our clients understand changes and analyse emerging mindsets, behaviours, needs, motivations and pain points. Your inputs are translated in the form of features, product attributes or a complete new offering. This the power which YOU bring on the table.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is UX research? UX or User Research deals with understanding the responses about product/services from the user/participant, in a natural/friendlier manner. Unlike conventional market research, these interactions are more like everyday conversations, to bring out the sub-conscious motivations of likes/dislikes about a product or a service.
Can students/ housewives/homemakers/unemployed participate? Yes of course. Our work is spread across different segment of the society. All can register and participate depending on the context of the research.
Will I get paid? Of course, you will be paid a fair compensation based on the type of study you participate and the time spent. Usually, it takes 5-15 days to get the money in your account, after you have provided your bank information to us.
How much time will I be spending? You may have to spend between 1 to 2 hours per study. It could be single interaction of 1-2 hours of spread across a week through WhatsApp chat, video call or phone call (i.e. 10-20 mins a day).
Will I have to travel? In most of the cases, our team will reach out to you at a convenient place. In the prevailing pandemic situation, all our studies are happening via an online platform.
What kind of research will I participate in? Depending on your profile and the research requirement, it may include usability studies for digital apps or physical products, group discussions on specific subject, multiple choice questionnaire, and lifestyle choices related conversations, to name a few.
Do I have to prepare for it? No, there is no need for preparation. You are expected to provide us an honest feedback on the context/product/service. However, you would be signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (that you will not share the contents of the interaction with others) as it affects the confidentiality of new product ideas.
How safe is my information? We understand the need for privacy. Your information will be used for research purposes only. Each study has an individual consent form, which defines how your information will be used and shared.
