Impact of COVID-19 on future consumer behaviour

As a part of Turian Labs’ D’IVE (Design Thinking and Innovation meetup) initiative, we hosted Hardee Shah-Vora, Senior Vice President of Innovation at Aditya Birla Group. As our speaker for the day, she shared interesting short and long-term perspectives on consumer behaviour post the -19COVID crisis. A key aspect discussed was the emergence of the low-touch economy, and the emergence of new experience models.
